About us
Abdullah Usta has been making etliekmek since he was 13, and with his many years of experience and mastery we keep Konya’s traditional etliekmek culture alive. As Enfes Etliekmek & Çorba Abdullah Usta, we bake Konya-style etliekmek in a stone oven and serve it to our guests together with our hot soups.
At our restaurant on Karaman Caddesi in Meram, we welcome etliekmek lovers with traditional flavours, craftsmanship and a warm, friendly tradesman’s approach. Whether you are looking for an etliekmek break or a soup to warm you up, our aim is for you to leave the table satisfied.
We welcome everyone who wants to taste Konya etliekmek from the master’s own hands.
At our restaurant in Yaylapınar, Meram, we serve halal etli ekmek and soup. We are a family-run business and we also have vegetarian options. We have outdoor seating and free Wi-Fi; our entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
